Black Dog Animal Rescue (BDAR) Adoptable Animals – July 28, 2022 | Lifestyles

Asparagus

Asparagus is new to the BDAR family! She is nervous and has not had much exposure to life. Like her sister, Poptart, Sprinkles needs another dog in her forever home to help her learn the ropes. She loves to play with her brother and the other dogs. If you’re willing to give this pup the time and space to grow, he’ll make a great addition to your home. Apply today if you are ready to commit and have a dog at home who is willing to help Sprinkles gain confidence.

Adoptable Forrest Dog

Forest

Forrest’s adoptive mum says he is a very sweet and affectionate dog who loves cuddles! He has a good balance between the energy of a wild puppy and a calm demeanor. He has a knack for learning new tricks and learns good manners quickly. He loves his adoptive furry siblings and enjoys playing with them. He also did well with the cat at home.

Forrest enjoys snuggling indoors with his people and playing outside with other dogs. He sometimes gets excited while playing, but calms down well and takes a short nap.

If you’re looking for a carefree pup to bring home, apply to adopt today!

Adoptable Dog Sig

Sign

To encounter Sign! Or Siggy, or Sigourney Weaver, or Siggy Azalea. She doesn’t care what you call her, she’ll just be happy you did. Siggy is a very sweet and friendly girl. She loves everyone she meets, including children of all ages. She also gets along well with other dogs of all sizes. She may do well in a house with a cat and an owner who knows dogs, but she will chase one that will run away from her. Sig is crate and house trained. She pulls on a leash but does much better with the help of a gentle handler. Poor Sig has food allergies and requires a special diet that costs around $75 a month. She also needs injections of an allergy medication 2-3 times a year. These injections cost about 0 each. We understand that with the expense she won’t fit in every home, but we’re confident her family is out there. Sig likes to stay active and would love a home that includes her in adventures and daily exercise. She will need a 6 foot fence to keep her safe.
