HERE is a selection of dogs from Many Tears Animal Rescue who are looking for their forever home.
If you think you might be able to relocate any of them, go to www.manytearsrescue.org/ for full contact details and more.
You can also donate money to the charity to help them continue their rescue work by visiting the same website.
Glitz – one year old female Labrador. Glitz is a shy girl who comes to us from a breeder. She is a very sweet girl who we think will make a wonderful companion once she settles down and grows in confidence. She will need another nice dog in her new home to be her friend.
Emma – five year old, female, Springer Spaniel. Emma comes to us from a breeder. She’s a wonderful girl who has already started fussing and will roll on her back for belly tickles! She has shown signs of guarding her food so will need an experienced adult in the home. She is looking for an active home, without cats or furry babies. She would benefit from having another dog in her new home, but could be the only dog under the right circumstances.
Marine – six years old, female, Beagle. Navy comes to us from a breeder and is the sweetest of girls. She is quite shy at the moment so will need another confident dog in her new home to help her settle in. She has started learning to walk in a harness and really enjoys exploring the Welsh countryside.
Gummy Bear – four year old, female, Yorkshire Terrier Cross. Gummy Bear comes to us from a breeder and is a total heartbreaker. She is extremely scared right now and will bite in fear if she feels threatened or cornered. She is extremely shy and will need a very experienced owner who has experience with terrified dogs like her. She will need an adult-only home with no visiting children. She is also looking for a house where there is a dog bigger than her male who could be her friend and mentor. She can’t live with female dogs or small dogs.
Bowie – 10 years old, male, Saluki. Bowie was ejected from a moving vehicle outside the War Paws shelter in Iraq. He was extremely thin and covered in open sores. War Paws gave him everything and nursed him back to health and now he’s arrived at Many Tears, ready to find his bliss forever. Bowie has a grade 6 heart murmur and will be taking medication for it for life which will not be covered by insurance. He is a wonderful boy and he truly deserves to find a family to love and cherish him forever.
