Young PBers unleashed for the benefit of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League
There was plenty of time to sit, stay, turn around and sniff the line at a sip-n-shop benefiting a good cause.

The traders of Via Bice organized on June 24 a combined Yappy Hour / sip-n-shop event for pets and their looks, in honor of the Young friends of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.
The afternoon started with a happy hour in the courtyard of Bice Ristorante, and also included music DJ Jean-Marc; complimentary cocktails and bites from Coastal Girls host suppliers, Gil walsh Interiors, MAAC London, Françoise Valentin and Galleries Taglialatella; trunk exhibits Sergio Andres from Mendoza the collection of Bonbon rings and handmade Panama Montecristi hats by Toquifina; dog-centric raffles and loot bags.
The members of the host committee were Maribel Alvarez, Lavinia Baker, Mary Baker, Caroline Buia, Jayne Chase, Diane de la Begassière, Stacey Leuliette, Harrison Morgan, Jacqui Michel and Felicia Taylor.
âWe really enjoyed bringing our two dogs,â said Baker. “They loved watching all the animals and people who came to support Peggy Adams from their wagon,”
Representatives of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League were an associate major gifts agent Leslie Francisco and Stacey Leuliette, the president of the Young Friends 2021-22.
âWe are fortunate to have the support of our friends at Via Bice; events such as’ Pets on the Via ‘support Peggy Adams’ rescue mission, allowing the League to impact thousands of animals each year, âexplains Leuliette.
Over 120 people attended, including Lucy Musso, Mashi Azmudeh, Mickey Weissman, Sybil de Bourbon-Parme, Maureen O’Sullivan, Pam Williams, Sarah Yansura Cooke and Cora Cook.
The benefits of the event benefit the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.
